Vispa is an application that allows you to change the performance of different aspects of Windows Vista. It offers a simple and easy way to modify those settings, just a checklist where you can modify them.

Disable automatic updates, Windows Defender, time synchronization, firewall, open new windows in new tabs... they are only a small sample of what you can do with Vispa.

Vispa doesn't need to be installed, extract the file and run Vispa.exe.
